Thanks!. Hope your car is safe!.The Accent CRDi is a great car as a daily driver and for the highways. The torque is fantastic(13.5kg-m) for a car this size and build quality is excellent. My drive for this trip is a four year old car and has 63000 plus km on the odo. The new Verna(new Accent in NA) has the same power mill and is sold alongside the Accent, which retails for RS4.99lacs here. The Verna is about a lac and half heavier on the wallet.

Surprise me!. This design 'Accent' was most popular stateside!. It is quite popular here too, and that is why Hyundai(India) is continuing to sell it , and offering the car at a cut price 4.99lac nationwide. That's about 10,000 rupees a month on finance with 10% down here, on average. A great deal for a middle class family to own a decent , reliable car.
