My last year's experience to Kalaam Valley - July 2015

Excellent tour,
Could you please tell us that would it be good to visit these areas with family in this Ramza, like 2nd or 3rd week of June,2016. were the hotels open at day time, because this year the school vacations are in Ramzan, and after Eid in July a lot of crowd will be there so thats why it will be some difficult to visit, also the hotel rates were very very high. Please suggest......

I believe Ramzan is the ideal time to travel
You will get half rates or even less on hotels and cars
Very less tourists

A lot of people here on PW have travelled to kalaam in ramzan so i think yes the hotels will be open
But ask the management of new honeymoon hotel kalaam to confirm ramzan timings and arrangements

Road condition: Horrible.. After Bahrain our vitz must be thinking "mere se kis baat ka badla lia ja raha hai"

Traffic condition: Much worse! Eid rush.. traffic choked at a couple of places.. It took us 2 hours to reach inside Kalam
But the good thing was i was aware of the road condition thanks to the forums.

Rush ka andaaza na ker sakay! Plus Wahan ke drivers are pretty aggressive so be aware of that

car 4-5 jagon per neechay lagee thee.. even our partner corolla complained of getting hit under a couple of times
likin khair we were first timers on that route shayad isi liye

You can take the car... but i heard it got worse after the rains and earthquakes (keep checking updates on PW)

The whole drive is pretty scenic! Again i was memarized by the beauty
