My margalla ac has some problem

citesalam i have suzuki margalla 97 and it give be approx 110 km in 55 litre cylinder is this ok or should it go more then 110 /cite

1.weak engine
2.radiator may required service
3.CNG tuning
4.weak ac compressor
5.OR A.C system required service
and by the way CNG cylinders are always in kg rather then litre

1 if engine is not good that how it run perfect on cng without ac?

2 engine must heat up when ac is off

3 last month i spend more or less 2000 on tunning and cleaning cylinder

4 i dont know about it

then check your AC compressor

glx well about average on cng i must say u need to tune up now come to ac if burning smells comes

frm radiator side and temperature increases there are lots ov factors involve ligh weak gaskit or

raditor choke so it might requires service go to sum gud mechanic and check ur radiator b4 its too

late lastly check ur fan is working properly or not sum times if motor is weak car might get heat up

well margalla take load with ac if the compressor is not orignal wats the model no. of ur compressor sanden 505 or 507

GLX iz rite..
i have same prb wid A/c
i have 1997..
engine iz perfect... but wid A/c it simply sucks
its like when i turned A/c on its like something iz stoping my car.and it takes jerk also.. but even on high speed if i turned A/c off
it looks like i have turbo in my car,,,
when car iz "little" heatup on A/c .it almost like dead , very Difficult to pick my car in initial Gears...

Engine is running perfect on cng w/o ac because there is no load of ac on the engine. if the engine is weak, still it can take considerable amount of load depending on condition of the engine.
Engine heats up because either the fan is not working properly or the radiator needs service.
Without ac engine is heating up but not as much as with ac. AC puts enormous load on engine.
There may be a possibility that compressor is weak.
Margalla with a 55 cylinder should give you 150-160 if properly tuned.

bro me drivn margala 95 fo 8 years and neva xperiencd any pick problm wid AC bt i regularly get i tund after 2 oil change or 5k km.

if car is good without AC and no problm den may b ur car rpm settn on AC is nt dat gud coz sumtimes low race on AC can result in extra load on engine and hence pick is affected.

u consult an AC mechanic and i went to universal car AC and nw AC workn very fine after payn just 1500 for service and gas.

btw i hd dat car heatup problm last year and got rid of it by spendn xtra bucks.

i changd gasket wid new japanese one,water body changed,new radiator and new compressor and nw no mechanical problm

i hd 2 visits to lhr in last few days in temp 40-45 or even more and both times cameback on same day bt realy no problm at all on motorway and AC was on all the time bt once used petrol near kalar kahar as were 5 people on board so to avoid lil load on engine.
