My new 2018 Suzuki Swift

@mehran I drive an Altis mostly on long drives, the Swift is for city drive mainly but this new Swift engine is lively and pickup is good, feel like driving long distance and my Nano is for short trips to the grocery/convenience store and for fun to the beach etc.

I haven't got to removing those dang ribbons yet. I will do it this week for sure. Pics below taken this sunday

A few niggles i've noticed while driving over the weekend. The windscreen is highly reflective, steering is too light and plastic quality is sub par.The positives are good power to drive ratio, seating, ergonomics(everything is within reach) and braking. So far so good overall.

Has it been a month already?. I got a call saturday from my Maruti-Suzuki dealer scheduling a pickup for first free service tomorrow!. I took this pic sunday afternoon and i'm happy so far with my silver bumblebee.

Are we talking about the same SUZUKI company we have on this side of the border ? where they treat people for granted even at their dealership, let alone calling and booking after sale appointments

My Swift got it's first of three free services last monday. As usual, my dealer arranged pick up and drop off which is a service they provide for all cars for free or paid service. My WagonR Stingray also used to be picked up and dropped home free even though it is a five lac car, nothing fancy.And, the drivers will not accept tips if offered.Almost all dealers offer this service in my city.

p.s i don't want to come across like everything is always peachy.There have been times i have been unhappy with service and scheduled a re-service and pickup and so on and so forth but overall things are even. The 1st service on my Swift was done well.The car was returned after a wash, with paper floor mats and dashboard shine. The ride is smoother, so far so good.

here's a pic of a same variant as my Swift in white with black grill garnish, seat covers , spoiler and rear light garnish. I was thinking of the spoiler but this one doesn't appeal to me. I'll probably wait as the model evolves and they come up with better designs for accessories. The Swift Sport is also scheduled for release later but will be priced on the high side but the accessories will be much better though also pricier. I'm thinking of orange racing stripes across my car. What does anyone think about this?.

i took a pic this evening for no reason really .that's all. from now on i got to get thinking of what i can do to make this car look a bit sporty. It looks solid in stock but i would like a liitle bit of edge
