thanks for your reply saboor bhai... i got my bike checked from asif autos lahore... and the sound is gone and bike is sounding really great now... it was tappets problem... i also installed 7 number irridium plug bike is much lighter and accelerates very nicely... yes you are right CDI is small due which it doesn't redline.. i was planning to change the CDI but my mechanic advised me... not to replace it with bigger CDi ... now im planing to insall digital meter on my ybr it looks graceful.. no doubt the original one is nice as well

valves ... and timing chain ka b koi masla tha... didn't ask them much about it ..

top speed with Janoon CDI unit was 100-105 and with original its 90-95 km
but with Janoon CDI , mechanic loosed the tappets, increased fuel and then speed was 100-105
Spark plug have nothing to do with valve or timing change most probably timing chain would have broke and piston would have hit valve

a.o.a yar i bought it for 1500 rupees...now im planning to install a digital meter on my bike.... but afzal is demanding to much for this 4500 to 5000 rupees...
no problem ali bhai.... no need to sorry... i also purchased junoon's CDI for 1000 rupees from bilal ganj ... it was original japanese but my mechanic didn't allow me to install it... he was in favour of the original one....
Haha ok....Chlo plug phir b ok hai.Cr7hix dala hai na?And go to mcload road.You will find it at half price may be with instalation.Same digital meter.
naveed bhai is there any shop for the digital meters at mcloed road ?? and a friend use to own metro dabang with digital speedometer he was telling me k ali bhai na lagwao 2 3 baar kisi jump etc main lagi tu meter kharaba ho jata hai ?? is this true ??
Bro waise jo meter afzal k pas hai wo mcload se e aya hai.Maine b mgwane the mgr muje design pasand nai aya.Aur waise b jo analog ka maza hai wo digital ka nai.So beter not to instal...
naveed bhai you always guide the best.... ji installed cr7 plug.... but there is one problem sometime bike ko jab drop kerta hon tu slightly see thush k sound aata hai jaisay silencer say aksar nikalta hai tha ka sound ??
Bhai i am also selling things.Mgr atleast mai rip off nai krta.Mere lie most important customer guidance aur satisfaction hai mgr kuch log aitraz krte hain...Yar wo aegi coz spark plug ab ziada combust krta hai pura fuel jalata hai to is lie aisa hoga.Tention koi nai is bike k.Cdi na lgae koi b....Aur bike ko jitna ho ske stock rkhe achi tuneup krwae...

irriduim plug has significantly increased the performance of my bike both acceleration and average wise...
now bike even red lines even in 4th gear and 8200 rpm in 5th gear that's more than i expect from YBR... 112kph is more than enough for me.. @naveed4speed you are right this bikes don't need CDI.. but proper tuning
