This part of YBR is different than that of YBR international model. I think they've reduced the production cost due to it. But, I don't know its purpose

well well well after first tunning my bike touches 110kmph today masha ALLAH ..filter and oil not changed just tappet adjustment

@adimash @ surty1
Intake 10mm
Exhaust 15-20mm
But he didn't changed fuel mixture setting

Mera aik friend keh raha tha tank k sath jo plastic laga hua ha wo utaar do.....

Alhumdolilah. Main ny aap ko pehly hi kaha tha k don't worry, after tunning bike will boost up but why oil didn't change? Is there no sign of engine wear & tear? Your ridden Km?

bro there's no wear and tear of engine and m I changed my bike oil on 500 kms now I'll change my bike oil on 1500 kms

Nothing wrong with plastic. Most bikes have the air filter housing made from plastic.

Terrible Thing Happened...

Just Now i was riding my Bike at the speed of 40kmph, Suddenly My Bike power Gone and Bike Stopped at the mid of the Road, Rapidly i Parked my Bike at the Edge of the Road and Start Inspection.. First i check My Bike Engine Temperature and found it Normal... I try to start again through Kick but Nothing happened.. Then i check Ignition Switch, it was seems to be Fine... Then i Open my Bike Side Box and Found Battery Terminals in Loose Condition... I tight it Up with help of Screw Driver available in our Tool Kit.. After that Bike Power Returns to it Normal Condition..

Questions raised in my mind...

Is it Our Bike Engine Based on Battery system?

Does Suzuki Gs & GD also Depends on Battery as well??

Is it any AC or DC factors present in CDI Unit? (As per my Knowledge AC = 110 and DC = 12v so no chance of Ac.. Am i wrong)

As per my personal experience GS150 does not depend on battery incase of kick start.
If YBR is based on battery then there is no need of kick. like derbi 150 which is based on battery, no kick at all.
