SK bhai I agree but so called jo change ata ha its so expensive that people don't bother looking at it...

I still remember the days when Piaggio 150 was discussed here 1/2 years ago.... people were like ye kab ayegi etc etc....

And now as it's launched, everyone's disappointed to see price tag. Including myself. I had 99% chances of buying it but only if it was 2lac or near.....

So we're left with no other choice, local craps....

I'm personally fed up of AHL. What they're doing is complete non sense. Iske parts usko, uske parts isko, thode se graphics change, new meter and here you go, a new model or you can say A NIGHTMARE Ofcorse ....

I feel the need to change bike, but I don't find any quality one except for Piaggio storm

@ammarzahid! Currently "PBC" has a major GS150 club, and they also have close ties with the company (can get you discounted prices and so on). So i'd say before buying, talk to them (ask malikg115)

Bro i am not here to spoil your thread But if you think Cg is more tough than GS then here is a video of my friend on his recent tour to china border. He was crossing attabad lake the water was ice cold and pressure of water was very high.

The surprise is that not even a single part of bike got rusted i inspected the bike myself after he came back from the tour. He planned to sell the bike after the recent tour but decided to keep it because he isn't facing any issues he said that 'Yay bike tow bas chalta hi jaraha hai'

Alhamdulillah got a GS150 today.. i know its a little out of the bounds of this post but just wanted to alert everyone as we're having a similar discussion. Thanks to @vickytulla and @auto for their precious words of advice, brothers you really helped me. Special thanks to @vickytulla he always gave me accurate advice without bringing in his personal preferences.

Initial impressions - As bike is in running to RPM 3-4 tak hi rakh raha hun but man.... 4 tak hi itni uth jati ahi ye. Rode sprinter afterwards and SERIOUSLY noticed the power difference. MaShaAllah.. thanks again everyone

First compulsory oil changed today at 500kms mark... it is a very positive step by atlas that they have given a maintenance schedule in the owners manual and have made dealers bound to sign and stamp it... this way dealers have to own their responsibility and everything is documented.

Weekend wash & wax! :)

Thats a regular retuine on Sunday, the first thing I try to do on Sundays...

A thorugh wash using my Liqui Moly wash & wax shampoo and Turtle ice detailing spray to add some shine and protection. Maintaing a black bike is going to be a challange, looking forward to buy a good caranuaba wax such as Mothers or Megauirs

:-# but I feel they are quite expensive, but still... Black needs more love! I see this expense coming and coming soon! Its unavoidable!

Lost dozens of liters water from my body in sweat doing this :-! Allthough did not do much, just minimum stuff

MashaAllah.. looking great ;D i washed my Gs i the morning too(2 hours).. but it wasnt the traditional wash.. i just soaked a cloth and rubbed it.. then a dry cloth to rub the water off. Thats a time taking process. Reason: too much wires and stuff on this bike, dont know how to wet wash it! :S i wished i could just take a pipe and hose it down!

My Junoon was too much water sensitive, although this one has more exposed wires than junoon. She would not easily start after a wash..

But thankfully cg started on the first kick although I washed her with plenty of water!

Avoid dry dusting, use a detailing spray, otherwise u'd get a lot of swrils and spider web marks!

My sprinter was extremely water resistant, trust me i used to hose the meter as well but never had any problems! Started as if nothing had happened. @gull_s_777 can the GS be wet washed without any major issues?

I am terrible when it comes to cosmetic care of my bike. I hardly ever wet wash my bike. Though whenever i do , i just start the water pump and go crazy. No protective measure whatsoever, and no trouble starting it afterwards.

Automotorsport its not big deal maintaining black color bike
it may seems in initial difficult to maintain but i can tell from
my experience you can very easily maintain this black color CG
i maintained my pridor for one & half year and it was in excellent
condition when i sold it and it was complete full black bike
CG has only tank & side covers rest fenders are chrome

Don't concentrate on minor swirl marks they will come on black color
just use good quality wax like meguiars gold class wax it will keep your
bike shiny and will keep them safe from getting minor swirl

Which scratch remover are you using?

None yet, Alhamdolillah there aren't any scratches yet, but im thinking to visit filter house and buy some real arsenal this tym...

megauirs swirl x + mother Brazilian caranauba wax OR meguairs gold class caranuaba wax.

Liqui moly hard wax is good but im displeased with it on the following points:
It is a bit smelly
It is a bit irritating on hands
It is paint abrasive
It isnt that easy to apply n remove, it is easy but im looking for more convenience
Due to abrasive properties it is not a daily use wax, it should be used after one or two months max. (The bottle says 3 or 4 applications a year but it is Pk)
