I believe its because your commute is on canal bank road in lahore because i live near bahria and travel on canal road, hence no stop and go traffic, and average of all of my cars is more than what people normally get in lahore.
For e.g my civic exi gives an average of 13-13.5 , 14 even with A/C whereas people normally get 11 or 12 out of this car in Lahore traffic.

Bro, there is daily traffic block at bahria town signal. Even I face it sometime at 8am of morning.
I don't know which bahria town you're talking about, and also all the canal area from thokar to doctors hospital is a mess, start and stop traffic so no I don't agree on what you said coz my other cars gave same fuel consumption as they used to give me when I lived near Johar town. So, I do face a lot of start stop traffic.
The key here is to select a good oil.
Do the proper engine run-in (toyota Pakistan doesn't have time for engine run-in/break in) in first 2000km and any Altis will give you a good fuel economy.

Bro what is insurance % of IGI mostly people complain that tracker installation will cause unusual noice from dash do you notice same? Also IMC try to blame on tracker installation if any thing goes wrong on electric system.
Do IGI repairs from Indus motors or from any other workshop?

My car is insured by IGI, and trakker has been installed by v-trak or vehicle trak something, but I must say I haven't faced any issues that Pakwheeler said here and there. Whenever I'm going out of city they are going to call me and ask me a password. That's it. Haven't tried basements yet, but I'm pretty sure that there won't be any problem with it. Even if it's basement. They will call me before jamming or turning of the vehicle. Whatever it is, they are gonna call me. If I won't pick up than they will call on the number of second person who I chose.

Btw, odometer is at 1600kms now

Well, due to some links I got best insurance ever, and best finance offers so I can't really reveal that.
Tracker does works flawlessly. There isn't any issue that it causes. I didn't hear any kind of noises coming from the dashboard. Also, I'm not facing any issues with electrical or tracker

For those who needed photos of my new morimoto 2 stroke leds in fog lights. Its more brighter and aligned than any other HID for fog, doesn't heat up the fogs (I can even touch the glass when its on) it has copper plates and fans for heat sink.

Equal division on both sides, needed a little adjustment,
