let give you a simple example of what exactly I meant when I mentioned this topic:
My previous route consisted of the following:
College road township --> Faisal town road --> Garden town road --> seasons chowk --> canal --> Mall all the way upto neela gumbad.
The car civic exi manual never gave more than 11kmpl in summers.
My new route:
Canal all the way upto campus --> seasons chowk --> barket market --> main bolevard --> jail,road all the way upto Cannt.
The same car now gives 13-13.5 in summers.
The thing is mileage depends on route. Your car is performing optimally according to the route it follows.
