Yep he's somehow right here. We don't have good oil filters that can run for mileage like 20k kms or 30k kms. Toyota genuine element oil filter can only withstand 8k kms, anything above than that will tend to damage oil filter and later on you will ruin your engine. Keep genuine company recommended Toyota Taglon 5w50 and go for genuine oil filter. Change at every 5-6k kms.

Bro, only go for Toyota Taglon 5w50 fully synthetic. All of us are using the same oil and its working like a charm for us. I was also confused before and even made a thread about it, but in the end went for taglon and it's one of the best oil for this engine. I won't recommend you anything except taglon as I'm using it and it's whats best for this engine.

It's Altis 1.8 CVT Cruisetronic (hardtop). No grande like meter or multimedia steering controls in 1.6

No it won't, i thought issue was of calibration, but main issue was of plugs that I fitted, ngk laser iridiums misfire in this engine (not recommended) fitted original one again. The benefit I got from calibration is that my car wasn't doing engine brake on D, as deceleration sensor was off. They resetted it and its working now. Claimed warranty of recalibration of cvt through computer due to no reason as issue were misfiring plugs, but still beneficial as deceleration sensor is working now, when I brake hard at 80-100 it takes rpm all the way to 3000.

Nopes, its 2.5 lacs more than 1.6 one.
It's Altis 1.8 cvti cruisetronic, hardtop.
It comes in between grande cvti and Altis 1.6

I have IGI, woh khud tor kar new bumper day dien gay . One of the best insurance.
Also, i have a lot of scratches on front bumper so I can get insurance easily.
