im using altis 1.8 cruisetronic and its giving 9.8 in city with ac its a 9 year old car i wonder whats wrong in your case, maybe your driving style

All 1.8 Corollas have multimedia steering controls and iMiD controls
It is called AMG package bro. Only real AMG is the e63. And we get a c180 here for 6 mill so cars are cheap there.
