My New Estate Car (InNoCeNt DeViL)

Assalam o alikum ,

After using Passo for 1.5yrs My Father finally decided to change his car and was really interested in Buying some JDM station wagon / estate car .. Well Since m a big toyota / Honda fan i was more interested in finding some decent excellent condition imported unreg Fielder ( previous shape) or Honda Partner ( basic version of Airwave ) .. But my Dad was in love with NISSAN ( a brand which i had never driven b4) ... My father's first car was a 1973 estate DATSUN 1200cc and second car was 1.0LX Nissan Sunny 89 , He was really interested in buying Nissan AD previous 2006 shape and i wasnt happy with the decision may be becoz i was comparing it with the drive of my ALTIS or Civic 2005 ...but yes when i compared it with the drive of Toyota Passo i was impressed the drive was awesome ( of previous shape Nissan AD )... But even then i wasnt happy with the decision , Finally saw NEW SHape of AD and really liked the car .. Started searching for a neat clean 10/10 condition scratchless spotless New Shape of NISSAN AD EXPERT and ALHAMDU LILLAH Found this awesome , 10/10 condition , freshly imported JDM AD EXPERT 1500CC ... And yes this was the most clean car in the whole khalid bin waleed road market and purani sabzi mandi market and thts y was expensive ... but the car is just like a brandnew XLi or any other brandnew local car from any showroom ..

I am attaching the pics and IN SHA ALLAH will share my experience so far with this nice family car soon ... I am using it for the last 2 weeks now and really happy and satisfied so far with the drive and performance .. Here are the pics ..

Pros

Nice shape
comfortable ( front seats )
huge trunk
1500cc engine with decent power and torque pick is quite good esp after 60 , touches 140 very quickly
power windows / mirrors and RETRACTABLE mirrors
very light and smooth POWER STEERING infact the most light and smoooth steering i have ever used better than the EPS of current corolla , City and even lighter than Passo
Road grip is good till 120 km/hr (with stock 13" Dunlop tyres)
brakes are good and this one comes with ABS
Var intermittent wipers with speed adjustment like 2002 se saloon
Parking Sensors
Very powerful blower and AC
No vibration/ sound of engine inside the car and even the person standing very near to the car outside can hardly notice

Cons

Poor resale value here in our country
parts avail issues But i dnt think i will be needing any major mechanical parts for 2-3 yrs atleast

rear seat is uncomfortable .... the stock one , not this one which u can c in the pics this seat is very very comfortable now

its just like the nissan WINGROAD except the rear lights on trunk are absent... is there any other diffrence b/w these 2 cars??? {wingroad and ad expert}

Yes WingRoad has a better Interior , door panels and seats, rear seats can be reclined ...and yes it also has a tachometer... Front and rear Bumpers are also a bit different

Very nice. Mashallah. Isnt this the New AD Van a downgraded version of Wingroad?? or both are same? what about fuel consumption. and availability of consumable items like air filters, brake pads etc. is it worth buying considering the availabiliy of parts.
