Quite reasonable price i must say..shoes indeed look good..
Thats good for ppl to know what kind of shoes to look for if they r new in trekking..
As Rana Sb said there were many inquiries about the prices brands of shoes for trekking and where to buy from..so it will serve as guide..

Rs. 1299/-? Amazing man. I found just one pair to my liking at Bata F-10 and that too was for Rs. 2500. The soles of your new shoes appears to be thick. THIS is what I NEED, the doctors said.

btw cant we go for hiking with normal joggers?
because i have been hiking on tracks in F6,i have tried all tracks there n i had been jogging with joggers not specifically bought for hiking n they served quite well

u one can..
one can play cricket in shalwar kameez also..and we all had some day!!
but the right thing for better comfort grip makes difference and also its v imp for safety (avoids craps, sprains, slipping) when it comes to difficult tracks and specially snow!!

Allah ka khof karo........This is not a tracking shoe I will not even recommend it for Track-3 (Margallah Hills) , this is for joggin only........

Please do not misguide the people.........Just imagin if some one buy this shoe (so called tracking shoe) and go to Northern area or kashmir etc for tracking what will happen to him?????

you know what, a few weeks earlier i was looking for a trekking shoe for a friend of mine and finally i got one used trekking shoe from HASIL SHAH that cost me 2800/- after lots of bargaining. (north face was its brand)

yes you can do short treks with this shoe as well, and it surely will last long but, on sturdy and tough treks, u basically need a trekking shoe not this one.

one of my friends did long trek from dowariyan to muzaffarabad in floods of 2010 with chinese CHAPPAL (he lost his luggage and trekking shoes somewhere in mountains). so one can walk with any thing. but price is its comfort level. it must be waterproof, it must be sturdy, it must be relaxing and many more. why not to get the actual shoe which is made for considered sport.

i dont think that this shoe is even waterproof.
