I have always liked stuff in greater quantity which is why I once wanted to buy a mobile that could hold up to four sims. Got discouraged from buying that because it was Chinese so undurable and Rs. 4-5000 could go waste. Thus, I bought myself an HTC Explorer, thank to jz and Paranoiany.
Later, I received this offier:
so forwarded and Osama said he'd go for it. Thus, arrived my first Chinese phone on a Friday two weeks ago!
The first damage, just three days later, was that the hearing piece stopped working.
I was going to send it back to CARachi because it has a warranty but one guy dawned sense into me:
- Spend Rs. 350 to courier via TCS OR
- Damn the warranty and get it fixed myself
Since this has been the cheapest - in both terms - mobile I have ever bought, I got it fixed for Rs. 100.
Second thing, I always keep my phone with ring tones off but on vibrator mode and guess what? There was no vibrator inside! Got one installed for Rs. 150.
NOW, hearing piece gone damaged again.
Anything more in the pipeline, I wonder!
