Any idea if this bike uses older style rocker arms or more efficient roller bearing type rocker arms used in Honda cd 70 past 2013 model?

I don't think so it is not under powered. As it is 110 it is far better then 70 Cc
But not compete Honda 125.

However looks is far better then Honda 125..

Honda 125 has power and sound
Cheetah has good looks and lot utility function
Like digital speedometer
Alloy rim
Disk break
Beam
Parking light
Fuel guage
Kill switch
Sporty headlight
And our all smooth performance.not bad not extra ordinary.

So choice is yours.

Alhamdolillah. I bought cheetah 110(not brand new it is used nearly 1000km) on the day before yesterday, bike is good, somehow build quality is also appreciable, as i not expect this quality from localy made sp.. share pics soon with you brothers
