Technically new hydro power resources plus curbing the line losses and top among it the non payment of bills are the only solution as all know.. But if even you have resources and today we decide about mega project.. And start work on it 7am tomorrow .. the power will not hit the wires for next 7 years at least. I read the whole feasibility on increasing power capacity of Tarbela recently buy adding new generators but well where are the $$$$'s to construct

I had a chance to meet and have a good 45 min chat with Dr. Samar mubarak mund. To cut the whole story short...........after a long discussion full of my stupid questions which litreally ate his brain out I was satisfied by him that if given funds by the govt, he could fulfill all the electric requirements of Pakistan and half of india within 9 to 11 months........
Moreover, he added that the total amount of electricity produced can even be exported to other far away countries such as iran, afghanistan, nepal, bangladesh etc.
They have already produced in a small amount from gassification of coal but govt not releasing funds. Dr. Samar is a very brave man giving a statement openly against govt that america and india dont want this project to flourish and are in proper channel with our govt. I feel schocked to imagine all this.

I met Dr. Samar very briefly just for a minute at an undisclosed location.

He is nice man. But I hate how Dr. Qadeer and Dr. Samar " keechar uchaala" on each other in public, on tv and in news paper after writting articles against each other.

I am following the gasification project for a while. Its making steam underground from coal rather then burning it on the ground. Well one of my friend from NUST works there . I will see if he allows me to share the job site pictures.

In karachi situation is much better in some areas where KESC revenue is good, no meter tempering, timely payment or Kunda. There not been a single minute loadshading for past 2 years i think its good as it will encourage people to stay away from tepering or do numberi.
In those are only load shading is when they have some technical issue other wise electric supply is uninterrupted.

Now come to my area where meter tempering and Kunda is very very very very very common, this jumma prayer KESC put notice in Mushjid that please remove kunda and pay remaining bills in instalment other wise PMT of that area will shut off till next payment. Currently we have 12 hours of Loadshadding.

Reaserch is always an outcome of team work. Unfortunately, our people or should I say Muslims in particular have a very small heart and are miser to share the achivements. This is what happened between them too. Neuclear blasts were a team effort in which everyone had a significant role.
I being actively involved in resarach can very well imagine what would have happened between them Inventing something and then getting recognition for the invention is something very very huge for the scientist and its Nasha/Chasqa is greater than any alcohol available to date..........lolzzzzzz

Tausif bhai one thing I have noticed ed after changing engine oil to Delo Gold not only engine noise of the genset improved the fuel consumption also looking better.

Also noticed bcoz they did not heatwrap the exhaust pipe the temp inside the canopy is getting high. Ateeb said he will get heatwrap so let's see.
