i was just thinking... not recommending an engine swap... surly not a new car.

However getting an older once say 2011 with a beatup engine and swapping with the 1.6 liana... is another game

back to my old question. i think it would be possible since they share same head and would be a bolt on setup.

please correct me if im wrong.

a 2011 is still a relatively new car.. would be driven an average of 25000KM-35000KM.... dont consider swaps before 150K

Bro the car is in warranty but I want to get foglights n dvd player installed ( after market parts) so should I get them installed ? Any bad effects on any electrical warranty claim in future ALLAH na

Sorry for the late reply bro....install fig lights as the single beam head lights won't satisfy your visibility needs and don't throw away the OEM plastic covers I need them..
I had installed a China DVD player the very next day in my swift and ALLHUMDURILLAH till now only one fuse blown due to a faulty wire in my charger...

The Car completed first 500 kms today MA SHA ALLAH without any troubles or quality issues happy n satisfied
A great car by Pak Suzuki
Only problem is the bad fuel avg the consumption is even bad than civic 8th gen but I hope it will get better with time after 5k kms
Havnt revd it yet still trying my best not to cross 2k rpm ..
Removed the plastic from seats bought floor mats n steering cover
The original seat fabric is really nice the color comb is good too
So here are a few interior pics

Don't worry bro in the start you will get avg around 7-8km/l and after 5000km the engine will open up and you will fell the difference ...keep gear ratios at 2k if you go above it won't matter as swift has a powerful engine it can handle it . BTW are you have yokos as the stock tyres.??

Here @ paksuzuki dealership for 1st service 1000 kms checkup
Have a few minor issues :
Headlight bulbs need adjustment
Some " tik tik " sound from the 5th door
Brake pedal , sometimes feels like its dry or rubbing against something
And slight smell of petrol inside the cabin @ pump station after refilling

I am waiting in the waiting lounge as it is not allowed here to stand in their workshop they are saying " Sir sab kuch theek hojaega aap road test ker k dekhye ga "

I got qouted 82.xxx for Faisalabad, 83,5xx for Lahore and 88.7xx for Islamabad;/
