16 is VERY VERY FAST!!
its basically for my dad.. he has been diagnosed with sugar... i use it too though.. about 2 kms a day at 5-8km/h

@angelu walk for only 4 to 5 kms thats very less for u i hav seen u in pics..u should do atleast 9 to 10 km walk,i jogg nonstop 5kms i do it for 2 days completing 5 kms takes me about 25 to 30 mins,then take one days rest then a gain 2 days nd it keeps on goin.....actually im also not that slim:$ but im also not fat:)
