OK I used to have a Corolla AE82 GT in the UK... 85 model but with FWD.. I will attach a pic with this message. Anyhow this is one of the classiest cars in the world so keep it classy.
If it does not have sport seats fit some nice Recaros or Sparcos.
The AE86 Corolla came to the UK initially without a body kit but the later models had a nice Toyota bodykit which really made them look mean. The cars in teh tun out models were either in white or in charcoal metallic black. These also came without the pop up lamps which make them look not so good in my opinion so if you can source a good front bumper and restrained body kit ( original ) not some boy racer overdone shit and the front lights etc I would recommend the fitment.
The car is also a drifters car in Japan....so if you are used to FWD cars then also remember that the car was used in Britain by many prestigious rally schools to teach rallying and car control. The cars tail goes and so watch it , drive fast but with this provis and you feel like a god.
Get 15-inches 195/55 tyre size maximum and good tyres... Dunlops and PIrellis were original fitment
The car is that good.. Mubarak and if you want to ever sell. I am first in line...
Please dont abuse this car... It is a real collector item
