hmmm. Thats a good Question I think its around 3000. Cant remember accurately. But I drive 12000 kms on this oil before change

Even on 12000 kms liquimoly person tells me that the oil is in good state and is serviceable its a very very good oil with extraordinary mileage. Gives 10,000 easily! but I ususally take it to 12000 as once liquimoly technician recommneded me to drive 2000 kms more when I went there for oil change after 10,000 kms of drive.

I think it is partly synthetic, not full synthetic. I have no idea about 5w30 or 5w40. Probably some liquimoly outlet can help.
