The body-kit I got for Rs. 16K approx...from Dubai Autos....Paint job costed my Rs. 8K from Honda Classic.....and Fitting by Dubai Autos for Rs. 800/-....

I am looking for Alloys....(looking for original ORIEL Rims or the ones that come with Hybrid version)....it's next on my list....

I plan to have these within this month....

I am planning to beautify my car further (but only with OEM parts imported from Australia) in coming months....I am sure by coming Nov-Dec my ride will be even better....I will keep posting all improvements made during that time....

BTW for how much you have got the rims...and are these new/used, how much used etc...I want to get them too; last time I tried could not find a neat pair

I believe I made right choice....It's a lovely car and offers good value for money.....I did tried Corolla before going for CIVIC and after 12000km driving it....I am happy about my choice....

Best thing about CIVIC is ride quality....especially at high speeds....engine is powerful....and all this @ Rs. 1.671M whereas the price difference between 1.3L GLi and 1.8L VTi is pretty low....

The only complaint that I have with the CIVIC is squeaky plastics used in interior....I cannot stop sounds coming from the cabin....even though these are barely audible to other passengers....but....what can we do.....

I got these slightly used RIMS for Rs. 45K....New ones were costing around Rs. 90K. I must confess that after getting the alloys....the ride's comfort has increased considerably...and I began to wonder why I waited this long to get the rims....of course I tried previously but could not get a clean set....this time I was lucky....

^ Ahum ahum; 45k is still handsome amount; I checked with dealer and they said 22.5k a piece (if I am recalling correctly) and I thought duh; I can live with steel rims; bheetney key baad mujhey konsa nazar aaney hein Its a pitty that Atla$ is not giving alloys in iVTEC unlike Indu$ who gives them even in entry leve trim of Altis :mad:

But yes; they contribute a lot to the car look; and someday will get them

This is the car that even I can drive it @ 180+; being baal bachey dar thori muhtaat driving karni parti hey....but in this; everything remains under control....lower centre of gravity plus quite a powerful engine contributes a lot...brakes are also much better (Y)

Yes, the HONDA Atlas is charging @ Rs. 22.5k per piece - means 90k for a set of four Rims.

I agree 45k is still costly....but the ride quality has noticeably improved - at least this is what I am feeling....this may be due to Alloy wheels being lighter in weight.....being more balanced (only one wheel required adding little weight)....I feel the vehicle becoming more responsive.....and smoother steering and braking performance.....

There is nothing drastic....but many small things combine to make an enjoyable experience....

I will strongly recommend that you go for the Alloy Rims as soon as you can manage....you will not regret the decision....

mashaAllah, visited the thread after a long long time, things have changed pretty much, nd some how im getting the janoon to add the indash, rear camera nd fog lamps and yes the alloys too on my Gli. as well
