In 2005 i went to Saudi Arabia for Haj. After performing Haj, a friend of mine who is also one of the Pakistanis who have Saudi citizenship and is into Off-Roading aswell, made an Off-road trip with me....He owns a Dodge Durango 6.0 V8 Magnum which u will see in the following pictures. There are some pictures of my friends in Saudi Arabia who rented a Nissan Safari for me and made this trip possible.. I am saying possible because Hajis are not allowed to leave the area of Mecca but due to their connections we were not even stopped at the army posts...This place is between Mecca and Jeddah as u will there were a lot of vehicles along with us enjoying off-roading on the sand dunes and for the first time i came to know how the "SATELLITE NAVIGATION SYSTEM" works.
Getting ready for the off-roading and deflating the Dodge Durango tyres. That's me in front of the black Durango.

Getting lined up for the action.

Guys this wrangler, i still remember, was climbing the dune like a piece of cake..we later checked out its engine and believe me it had GMC 5.7 V8 with NOS fitted..A little further if u c there is a car on the top of the dune. This was Nissan Altima stuck on the dune as we all know about the arabic people. But we should atleast appreciate that he took the Altima on the top of the dune.

U can see other vehicles enjoying the off-roading.
