Click on the share button(top left)
Click on the "Grab the html/BBCode"
Select BBCode, the file size(large photos can be posted on the forum)
Copy the code and paste in the reply box here.

Don't use facebook, but I think you can upload a High Res picture there as well. Also you can link a flickr picture there too I think, not sure though.
