how about the sharpness of the sigma lens? in comparison to the nikor one?

The Nikkor 18-200 is a tad sharper, and has less vignetting, but costs a lot more. I opted to get the Sigma 18-200 as a general purpose lens, and add a Nikkor 70-300 to the kit 18-105 for maximum flexibility.

actually i am saving up for buying the Nikon d7k and i was thinking if i be able to get the body only and the sigma 18-200 it would be a great thing for me for the next some years though i will plan to add some lens for larger aperture as well afterwords.

But i dont know if i would be able to find a body only package of d7k or if the total thing would be in budget or not.

and Great pictures specially drooling at the d7k (edit: it is the d7k beside the d3k, right?)
