Hello,

I recently bought this cool bike to realize how different and awesome it is. The shooting power to the pick up in the first 3 gears is amazing for this engine size. The only problem is my bike's speed stucks on 100km/h for some reason. So i wanted to ask you guys

*What is the right speed to shift gears in this bike while driving with full throttle.
*What is the top speed of GD 110.

Bike used 5800 KMs.
Recent tuning and oil change (castrol gtx), new spark plug. All else seems okay from Suzuki mechanic's POV.
I shift to 4th gear on 80KM . When pushing the bike with full throttle on empty roads at night. e.g Shahra e faisal, Karachi.
Can anyone shed some light?

Congrats on your purchase. GD-110 is no doubt a very very good bike. About the oil Castrol GTX is 20w50 I guess. Please do not use this grade oil as it is very thick and GD's engine does not like thicker grade oils (My personal experience). I would suggest you Liquimoly 10w40 or ZIC 10w40. It will improve the bike's performance and mix some HOBC along-with normal fuel as well.

first of all do what dongiovanni brother has said he is absolutely right about it
20w50 is thick oil use zic 10w40 or 20w40 it will improve performance of bike
and smoothness

and has it never crossed 100km/h or its now stucking at 100km/h

top speed as par owners told here is 100-110km/h waise 100km/h is very good top speed tpp

i went to the mechanic recently for tuning . he also tested n claimed the bike loses its throttle in 4th gear or after 80kmph . so it reaches max of 100 kmph n locks there.
now he will retune it free of cost since last time the tuning setting was not right.

amjad bhi gd ki top speed 100 se zayada nhi hai, meri gd 97 se oper nhi jati aur mujhe yaqeen hai gps per agar speed cheak ki jae to 87 se 90 ho gi

Suzuki inazuma 250 has a top speed of 140. 95-100 is a good too speed for GD

Naseer bhai fellow Waqas says his gd110 touches 110km/h and i have
heard from few other members too who posted their review here

97km/h or if it touches 100km/h it is not bad speed either and regarding
gps i guess its meter would be accurate as bike is made of high quality
even atlas honda cd70 and cg125 has accurate meters error is not much
i have to right about gps too it some time messes too

amjad bhi ho sakta hai gd110 per jati ho lakin metar per hi jati ho gi,real main nhi, 110 bohat speed hoti hai gs150 b 110 per ja k ghabra jata hai yeh to 110 hai pehle main b yahi sochata tha lakin ab gd mery paas hai is leay mera nhi khayal gd 110 per jay,
ab kbi city se bahi r gaya to gps per gd ki speed cheak karon ga

use zic 20w40.very good oil have used 4 timez in my gd good result no vibration.and gd touch 105 ,110km from nursery to baloch bridge.aginst wind.
always tune your bike at FR suzuki in saddar.

It also depends on the bikes running period. If you give some hard throttle and drag in running period (after 500km offcourse) then your bike will get its maximum top speed, but if rode only ~60km in running period than your bike will never cross 90-100km even after running period.

My bike reaches 100. Today i managed to cross it little above 100. But it was barely managing to grow further.
What is a good fuel average of GD 110 if well tuned and used for everyday drive in the city for about 30KM a day.

I wanted to ask about possible visual enhancements / replacements of parts for upgrades on GD 110 . Anyone tried ?

I changed the real wheel to Service Vigo 3.00 - 17 .. That wide sports grip tire.
I heard that we can also install spacers in front shocks for giving a frontal lift to the bike.

Can you guys recommend me a place or market in Karachi where i can get suitable handle bars or alloy rims for my ride ?
