I have been driving my 2012 Daihatsu Mira ES (660cc) for almost 5 years now. I have driven about 40000kms and taken it to 2 long route drives. The car, due to its size of the engine, is underpowered for sure, but it is not designed to be powerful but fuel efficient. It gives me an average of approximately 21-22 km/litre in city and about 18 kms/litre on motorways. Talking about the interior, The car comes with airbags, which according to me is an excellent feature. Also, the digital speedometer and instrument cluster adds a nice modern look to the car. However, the mid panel on the dashboard, which includes analog climate control, looks poor. There is ample leg room for both front seat passangers as well as rear seat passangers. Road clearance is probably the best in Mira if you compare it to the 660cc imported cars category, along with the 660cc alto. As far as the exterior is concerned, the headlights are the same old standard yellow ones, however the tail lights look attractive with LEDs.moreover, the paint quality is a lot better compared to Pakistani assembled cars and the paint has not wore down even after so many years. I suggest anyone who needs an affordable car (fuel consumption wise) for daily commute within city to buy Mira as its drive is very smooth at slow to moderate speeds. Its smaller size allows to maneuver the car in between traffic and thus makes it an ideal city car. I look forward to get my car featured on Pak wheels customer reviews video on YouTube to give further insights about this car.
