My Suzuki Cultus 2020 that is just delivered in 2021 January. Driven 3000kms only. The engine is making horrible noise and a lot of vibration. The average is also not good and has issue with pick. Is it normal or not. I'm worried. Advice please.

I think it's expected,
suzuki 10w40 is poured at plant meanwhile recommended grade is 0w20, so switch to 0w20 now or at 5k

3000 km in the first 20-25 days is quite a lot. Hope the 1000 km inspection was done timely, and if not, then you should get that done ASAP. The oil grade change will also help but abnormal noise and vibration in a new engine being run extensively should be checked out at earliest.
