So Pak wheelers after a long long long sannaata i got some thing better to mod with the mehran. Although i can guess that this is cant be called a mod but i will call it a mod because this product was never thought to be made by Japan or by the manufacturers who are selling this Suzuki mehran for so many years.......

so cutting the story short, these door cards are brand new and these are being imported by AHMED RUBBER in the plaza market saddar in hat wali gali. They have a Facebook page also which u can find as "NIPPRO". they have a shop in the rimpa plaza also and selling these door cards to individual customers only. Out of Karachi they are selling via cash on delivery.......... The initial consignment is made from china and is of good quality and now they have got the mold and it will be manufactured in Pakistan.

These door cards have changed the look altogether and giving a premium feel. the door closes a little heavy. minor adjustments needed while fitting the door cards like cutting extra plastic trim pieces which u can call the mold marks, i have also used the double tape to make sure it doesn't rattle or loose its place.

Final results after fitting is extremely good. All the clips fit and no extra effort needed. the only issue is the placement of speakers in front doors. in new models the spekers comes near leg area, but in these door cards (ABS plastic) the speakers grill are placed which faces seats........but i dont care as they look cool.....but yes pls ignore the seat covers as they are now five years old and needed replacement

Behtreen. With the car prices skyrocketing, these will be a really nice upgrade to the Mehrans (which have already crossed the million mark for models 2018 and above).

Have you relocated the speaker? And now you can get seat covers matching to the door cards

The material is ABS plastic and it is tough. i have tried standing on it and it didnt show any signs.

Yes, this kind of mod will surely enhance its value becoz chipboard door cards dont last longer. these will be easier to clean and i have kept the original ones at home safe and sound.

The shop keeper said that at any point i need any replacement, he has plenty of them and said to feel free to ask for help.

TBH it costed me 8500/- which they initially quoted at 10500/- 3 weeks back. they said it will go down once it becomes local. the benefit of buying at this moment is that it is from lot manufactured in china. once it is localized, there will be chances of having material difference.

i have seen it is already quoted at 13500/- on olx in pindi and lahore by unknown users.

Speakers not yet relocated but i will do as i waited to get them installed so that if any adjustment issue arises so it will be dealt first.

but the fitting is perfect so i will do the speaker relocation and the door lights....

@nnabeel these seriously look amazing. Add in some sound deadening sheets and Mehran will become a beast.
The deal breaker for me is speaker placement. I am an avid user of speakers - nothing intense but light-hearted songs on small speakers do well for me. These are getting blocked by the seats. I'm following the thread to see your review on speakers and quality of sound.

Looks amazing @nnabeel bhai, this was much needed and should have been done by suzuki in the first place... But looks really nice... Mashallah

One thing plus is they won't get ruined by water as mehran usually have soiled door cards due to moisture...

These looking amazing indeed! 100% agree that as soon as these are localized, the quality would drop.

But seeing as to my recent obsession with sound deadening, the first thing I thought was that you should have installed some insulation behind them before installing.

I thought of using namda or any sound deadening sheet behind the door cards....but surprisingly the car has become much quite than before.

Yes there is space where we can do some sound deadening but i will surely do in steps as :.

Speaker install'
Door lights
while doing the above two the sound deadening process.

Basically i want to see them fit and to use for some time so i get to know their flaws and problems......but untill now all is good. so will do the DIYs in the coming times. When u spend so much time tinkering with your car....your muhalla wala starts to think u are a mechanic

Yes they tend to think your car brakes all the time and you are a miser because you are getting your hands dirty... Happenes to me all the time... People say bhai isko bech de... Without realizing what I am doing...

Hopefully these panels will come for khyber and Cultus... I am interested... These look super mashallah...

@nnabeel bhai for the speaker, are you planning to modify or fabricate a bracket to hold in the speakers, because if I remember correctly there is a hole in the door but no place to mount or bolt on...
