I don't understand why is everyone compairing altis and civic
Both are different cars of different price tags
If someone is soooo interested in choosing one he must take a test drive of both and decide

The Imid of the Civic has a nice looking clock.
This corollas clock was also present in my fathers '88 and' 92 corollas. It's horrible.

The resolution of I-mid is that of a mediocre 3.5 inch mobile which is visible specially on clock display ... just saying

It is very obvious and quite normal when someone compares, as both altis and civic comes in same 1.8 category, anyone who wants to change his ride will do all the comparison even you will do as well, and what's wrong in asking someone who has driven a car already about his views, I think this forum is all about people's reviews and information.

u know how many locks i use?
steering rod on steering
gear lock for gear
one lock in steering column, a good quality one
one wheel clamp
rest got a 2 way steel mate remote n still check all 4 locks before leaving the car

n i dont even own a corolla, its a civic but well u cant get the satisfaction from all the locks once ur car gets stolen like mine did

btw pretty good n detailed review (y)
read it half since u started posting n rest now

True. Actually I have never needed to see the time after owning a 7th gen with a busted cd player for ten years

Khair, a clock is good. It just should have been classier like the chrome cup holders or the chrome door handles.

well that was very strange I asked for a test drive they said car is busy now give us your address. and after 30 minutes the car was at my door step the driver came out sat at the back we checked the car drove it our way. 20 minutes roamed around tested things.
he didn't say a word no guard no form filling no id card no licence was checked.

I went to toyota gt motors cause they were giving less time for delivery as compared to others in islamabad. it's a bit far but they served well.

Haw. I felt as if I had committed a sin by asking for a test drive. But the sales staff was excellent. They were courteous and were available - unlike Hondas dealership (i had to wait for the guy I had booked the car through for atleast an hour). This is the good thing about toyota.... They've excellent sales staff who are very enthusiastic to sell their car to you before the basic variants are launched
