Hows the transmission & fuel consumption in city & highway?

11.8km/l in city. Highway 13. 8km/l to 14.2km/l.
Trasmission is quite smooth and responsive.

Surprise as i kept Grande, the same figures but on highway if going to Multan side gives 16 to18 in between including some surging shots
On Motorway the same avg 13.8 to 14.2km/L on Cruise Control 130km/hr.

In city I do not go beyond 2 RPM// 70KM/H.

I usually drive at 140km/h on motorway and it gives me 13.2km/h but when I remain at speed of 115KM to 120km/h then it gives me 14,9KM/h.

I travel two times in a week on motorway and got the above said mileage.n

I have 1.6 Cruisetronic SR. At 120 it gives 16.6 without ac 2-3 people minimum lugage.

Realistically speaking it is the best buy till now. Although i have 1.5T but its superb. Balanced combination of Power pickup/Torque, Style, Economy, Luxury, tech, quality.
Although i am satisfied with My 1.5T. May be due to the 2 problems (knocking & Battery) i already knew and taken care of from the very 1st day as an Engineer but Corolla's experience is great.

Any other day i would advise to buy Grande over Oriel. No offence please, its my personal point of view.

One more thing generally people around are very much updated in knowledge even in my village too. They know the diff between Grande and an Xli status symbol wise too although i don't care about this status thing.

Just the other day I went to Toyota showroom .a guy was looking for instant delivery of vehicle on own .he was refused instantly .he used some swearing words and said he will buy Honda Civic instead .so in my humble opinion Toyota is no longer entertaining own/premium

It's just a matter of car not available or the person asked the wrong way, Corolla is available on premium on all variants at least in Khi.

Actually , officially its illegal to talk for premium openly for sales guys of Toyota 3S.
Thats why he was refused.
Where you have relations you can have it.

HN Motors
Bari Motors

These are the main Showroom open market with available local assembled cars on premium.

I cannot understand why the person anonymously went to 3S for getting the car at ON price.

Their 3S dealership can get into jeopardy if they discuss ON thing openly.
Especially strict instructions from Indus.

Unlike Honda, Toyota indus Customer relationship is very strong. They pick up the call and remain with you till your complain resolution. Thats why 3S all across are very careful especially after cancellation of orders
