My Toyota grande 1.8 2015 fuel pump issue

Hello everyone,

I have Toyota Grande 1.Eight automatic 2015, I have a fuel pump issue start in May 2021 and have to change with Lepon Malaysia. After two months again, my car has the same problem again I have change Fuel pump In-tank Japan after one day of installation, my car get the same problem again. It starts ok in the morning, and after a 25 km drive, I Stop my car and. engine off and I won't start. One of my mechanics says I can place a kabli. One of my mechanics says in-tank Japan is a good life fuel pump, but I replaced two fuel pumps within two months, but it fails. Now I can plan to buy kabli whole kit with a fuel pump. Would you please guide me and suggest What to do? P.S Also, I have changed my petrol Pump as well.

kabli will be useless believe me. go for brand new japanese pumps of hkt brand - working best in my case. chinese are waste of money, leppon should have performed good. also, please check wiring of whole fuel system, maybe it's dyeing

Yesterday I replaced HKT Japan, but today it won't start. I can check the fuel—pump wiring or replace the fuel pump kit.

Have you changed complete assembly or just pump also known as cell in local mistaree language ??

I have changed the only cell. But my mechanic suggested that I can change the kabli fuel pump with complete assembly.

a clogged filter puts load on pump
the exstra load eventually kills the pump
been there done that
another car of mine had rust in tank which was later diagnosed after changing serveral pumps filters etc. do check that as well

I will suggest you complete Kaabli Fuel Pump Asembly and one more thing when car didn't start check if current is coming at fuel pump may b relay stopped working after sometime but 99% Inshallah Complete kaabli assembly will do the job... Using kaabli pumps for last many years and lasts years Alhamdulillah... 2007 Gli, 2009 Gli, 2006 Reborn city and many other cars never faced any problem with kaabuli pump

You have to change fuel filter at every 40000kms. Get a new asakashi japan fuel filter or complete assembly from partscentral: https://www.facebook.com/PartsCentralPK/

Do not go for any kaabli stuff

if you are using fuel from different fuel stations likely chance is that contaminated fuel is causing rust and clogging the sack in fuel pump inside the pump. Also when purge valve in fuel pump is choked it creates the same issues as you are facing. I 'd recommend to change fuel pump filter sack and purge valve before anything further is changed.

cultus efi have an inherent problem of not starting even though everything is fine - this is due to fuel pump wiring/fuses. please look into the wiring factor first before trying out different fuel pumps. as in my earlier post too, please do not go for kabli stuff.

Hello everyone issue has been resolved.

Actually, the problem is a tracker.

Fuel pump ground wire(Black/white) is connected to the tracker, and the tracker device does not provide the ground to the pump that why it won't start the car. Sometimes it's working, or sometimes it's broken.
