Mysterious Light in Car Sgpeedometer

I have two indicator lights in my car's speedometer for fog lights. One is green, which indicate the fog lights on the front bumper. And the other one is orange which I don't understand. Can anyone tell what it represents?
Rear fog lights? But my car don't have any. It's Honda Civic 2007 Hybrid.

sometimes rear fog light is within the tail lights. For example one of the reverse lights would be fog light and the other one would serve as a reverse gear indicator. You may want to check yours as well.

Nope. Both work as reverse lights.

Your tail lights doesn't seem to be of hybrid version... They were ovalish.. maybe someone has changed the lights to local ones... Coz that orange sign is for rear fog lamp
