My neighbor is selling a baleno sport white color model 2004-05 for 575k, I asked my mechanic he says don't buy baleno, its a troublemaker due to an EFI and it has less resale value, parts are expensive. what do you guys suggest should I buy this car considering I am looking for alto cultus these days for family use.

broadly speaking you need to upgrade your mechanic also if you want to upgrade to big family car, more details needed but belano might be bit expensive but not bad at all, its spacious and good car

the mechanics say that coils over plug get short and they do in previous models but not one you mentioned, you mentioned 1.6 version its called Glip i think, dont have any experience of it i have driven office baleno kaafi sari and its good, info like milage and how is car mechanically, hows its sterring and turning, electically how much car is messed up, interior and body condtion stuff like that, have it checked by a paid mechanic i would say and about price i cant say anything, rest baleno is good family car or atleast 1.3 version is........

Baleno is a good car as far as I remember... And don't think its parts are expensive. Alto's parts are evenly expensive; some of them, even more... Jee!
