I would suggest to explore Neelum Valley. Inexpensive and beautiful. People are good. Poor infrastructure is the only problem. But easily doable. A simple plan can be:
Day 1. Start early from ISB and reach Keran. (Around 4 hours). Have some rest and you can visit upper Neelum on the same day. (hardly 30 min drive). You can stay at Keran in newly opened Mir Continental Hotel or in Valley Tracker Resort.
Day 2. Take Jeep for Ratti gali lake. It's a whole day trip. You can stay in Keran or in Dawarian.
Day 3. Reach Kel. And on the same day visit Arang Kel. It's 45 min hike from Kel.
Day tour to TauBut. It's 3 hours drive from Kel. You can descend as much as you can in the evening.
Alternatively, you can skip Taubut and have a stay at Arangkel. It's worth. You can have a relax plan in that case.
