Even after resting I am feeling short of breath. Gradually I started walking back. On the way back I am called
upon by the two people we had passed earlier. They are shepherds tending sheep. It starts raining soon after
and they invite me into their tent for a cup of tea. I accepted, and they offered to take me to the lake. They
didnāt have horses but they had two donkeys. But I refused them thinking that if I were to go to the lake my
friend and the guide would be on their way back by now and that would unnecessarily delay our return journey.
They tell me that they were the only two who were left in this area and that everyone else had returned
because of the off season. It is a little over 4pm when my friend comes back with the guide. He was completely
exhausted. The shepherds insist that we stay over since it would be well after dark till we got to Besal. They
also offer to drop us back from where we started on the donkeys they had the nest day. But my friend is in no
mood and insists that we turn back. Being used to the comforts of the city we will hardly be able to keep
ourselves comfortable in their run down tent. We asked them to drop us back on the donkeys today. After some
negotiations and bargaining they agree to drop us about mid way, since it would get too dark for them to
continue and they need to get back to their tent.
The current time is 4:30pm. I starts getting dark after 6pm and at 6:45 it would be completely pitch dark.
