i saw this very vehicle at ISB airport departures in afternoon about 19 days ago as well. Guys stepping out were loud mouth collar down buttons wide open exposing gold chains around neck. The vehicle is poorly wrapped, like a school book cover has plenty of wrinkles, across the side wrinkles air pcokets visible when it left passing in front of me.
