Need a good mechanic in Islamabad

I own a civic, but can't find a mechanic to do engine and mechanical work. I don't know much about cars and need someone reliable and trustworthy to leave the car with. If anyone knows a good mechanic, please let me know.

Mostly mechanical, suspension, shocks and breaks. In addition:
1. When the car is cold and the engine is not warmed up it is making strange sounds (loud vibrations) when I put it in reverse
2. Second, during pickup especially on low rev I feel very slight jolts (Jhatkas) like missing but on high revs it is fine.

I am in Chak Shahzad area.

Genuine suspension parts / shock absorbers are very expensive. I got mine done from Honda classic for about 200K including all 04 shocks & everything in the suspension but replacing shocks didn't make much difference so I kept mine as a backup. Based on above experience ,I don't recommend you going to dealership as OEM parts will blow the bill.

On the other hand, so called Kabli parts are crap. It's better to use new KYB shocks.

Makkah Autos (Mr. Tasawar) I-10 Auto Market is good place for suspension work. Mr. Noman (mechanic) in the same market is a good mechanic for engine related work.
