Toyota passo or vitz. I own a passo and it's very spacious.

You can also buy a fielder. The ride quality is so amazing and it's obviously spacious.

I would stay away from cultus, waste of money. You can buy so many cars in that range.

Corollas, civics even automatic in that range

Honda City, Passo or increase your budget and buy a good grade Honda Fit Hybrid. It's Japanese, Hybrid, fuel efficient and spacious.
