Need Advice for day trip to Soan Valley from ISL

Hey guys
Need some advice. I want to plan a day trip from Islamabad to Soan Valley and will be night staying in Lahore. I dont have any idea about the road conditions to soan valley and which route to take. Can you guys please help. Can Vitz go on this route?
I searched for 3 places which I think might be doable
1. Kanhati Gardens
2. Khabeki Lake
3. Uchali Lake

I need to return back to Lahore on the same day. Would appreciate if you guys can help with the route.

islamabad to soan valley khajut is under 70 kms distance and northwards direction to stated 3 points.

if you start from islamabad as early as 7 am head for all 3 points southward to Isba in sequence you can comfortably return to Isb by 11 at night, without lahore in your plan.

lahore to soan valley and bac is doable in one day.. the destinations u have mentions are easily accessible with good roads for all types of vehicles.... no issues.....

been there many times on my vitz.....

I went to all these places on my coure in 2017 from Lahore. Roads are much much better now.
Khabeki and Uchali are both on the main Soon valley road. Kanhatti garden road is a little tricky but its very beautiful towards the garden and any car can go

If you can manage to stay in the valley till sunset then try to be at uchali lake at that time. Its sunset is very soothing

Leave Islamabad early. At the most 7am. First go to kanhatti garden then Khabeki lake. Then you can have lunch at Noshehra, you will find better options there. The. After lunch proceed towards uchali and then return straight to lahore. You can easily return to motorway before sunset if you manage well

The road Uchali to Noshehra was under construction in 2017. But I am sure it has been completed now and it should be in very good condition. I would recommend the Kallar Kahar interchange for exit from the Soon Valley. That road is a lot plain/straight.
For lillah interchange, you will have downward slope from Pail to Katha Sagral and with a lot of twists and turns.

I went there in august, the roads are now well paved, perfectly fine and suitable for swift all the way . Kanhatti garden I will suggest you to park in the general parking stand and then walk. However on both the lakes you can drive your car till the edge of the water.

Yes completely safe.
I went in 2017 with family and spent a night in Noshehra town.
Its much better now in terms of roads than 2017
