Instead of investing ur million in dead real estate projects, invest elsewhere
U cn invest in tk away sort of fast food to normal/medium car accessories shop etc.wat ever suits u

Dha valley is good investment provided you find your self and good reasonable block in reasonable price ..instead of me telling you its being actively built up for posession and someone else telling you its not and you should invest in pop corns .. Please make an effort go and visit the valley area . You will know whats on ground .. Invest accordingly .

What is the prediction of DHA Valley project will start in full peak ( like all the facilities roads , electricity, gas etc...?) I heard in 2018. Is this true?
I'm not in the Pakistan at the moment.

This is my personal feeling that the valley will take at least another decade to build up... abhi Phase 2 extention is the target for another 3 to 4 years for development.

If you want to start your own house asap, then 1 million is not enough. And Valley is not the best option to invest, DHA Homes are much better because you're getting something real, not just a file!

You can buy a plot in Atomic Energy society, Rawat. Every facility is there. over 300 families living there.
