Need advice on car. Price range 5-10 lak

Me and my cousin are in the market to look for a car. The objectives are as follows:

1. Price range between 5-10 lac
2. Will be used by different people so should be utility, have a robust build as it'll prolly go through alot of crashes, can be converted to cng, low maintainance costs, and easy to drive
   3 The possible choices we have in mind are the following..

Cultus, Santro, Vitz, Belta, Tida, City, Lancer, Corolla X, Terious Kid, Mini Pajero.

Suggestions are welcome from previous owners or anyone with good idea in these depts.

Bhai jaan.jo requirements apne di hein..about crashes and robust..i think apne gari Pakistan mai nahi Iraq mai chalani hai..so i suggest ap TANK laye lou.

Y dont u go for a company fitted Geely its worth it and falls in ur budget too

And if u consider value for money do keep in mind that the vitz is a good choice but u have to find a gud one and it will be worth it.rest is upto u and dun worry vitz can be converted to cng without any problem just be careful who converts it thats the main thing

Wide range of people are going to use the car so it needs to be a khota rehra get it ? We previously had a cultus and it lasted the test of time. But we have more options now so we're looking for the best buy.

I forgot to mention geely ! Saw that car but have no idea about anything on it. Vitz is my personal preference but was just seeing what we should get. A Good vitz can cost upto 8 , and a lancer can be bought in that range.. so looking for some more suggestions. Thanks for yer input.

Yar 10lakh mai y dont u buy 2 cars instead of one.

Firstly because we need one car, Secondly if we have a budget of 10 lac doesn't mean we have to use ALL of it, it's jsut the max limit we can stretch, third thing if we split the money into two cars we'll definitely be splitting the features of both cars into half. So we need one car with a good package.

buy 2 santro's (8 lakh tak mil jaein gi 2004 model)..both will have same features...
BTW eik car ki bajane ki bajaye 2 laye lou or alag alag bajao dono ko..

hmm ok haven't heard of cami or a daihatsu terios. We'll also need good parts support too.

Corolla X is in view too, we skipped local corolla cause it's basically worthless in the price they're charging.. the xli one i mean (no offense to previous owners)

Not trying to buy 2nd hand locally assembled or available cars. Do you think a brand new santro is better than a cultus ? or a vitz for that matter ?

I dont think so.. If u wanna buy a new local assembled car thn i must say lancer is a way to go.. a friend`s father is using his office lancer its 2003 or 2004 i guess.. n it has done 2lakh+ kms yet n its running all gud!

Besides a slightly used civic or altis would be a gud option too..

n if ur basic concern is low maintainance n running cost thn cultus efi sounds fine too..

another option can be 94-95 prado or surf.. u can find it arnd 1M easily.. just if u want a real rough n tough machine

hi bro, the best option for u is to buy the new city manual, it will cost around 8,40. city is best car in ur range, perfect drive,good looks,superb mileage, good resale and much more. i suggest u go to the nearest honda dealer and u too will surely love the car.

outta these 5.. lancer n corolla X are the best... now choice is urs if u wanna get a brand new car or u r okay with a slightly used one!

I believe you need to think harder on the parameters, which influence your decision.

First of all 5-10 lakh is such a big range. Secondly you have both hatchbacks and sedans in your selected list.

If the car has to be used by the whole family, then wouldnt it suit you if the car was a sedan especially when you plan to have a cng kit installed as well?.

If you go for CNG cultus or Vitz you won't be left with any boot space for luggage.

From what you have shared so far, I would have probably gone for decent sedan like Lancer or city (slightly used) and top it up with a small car like Mehran or used santro.
This way there will be a "khota car" which everyone can abuse, and the maintenance will not be a big issue. At the same time I will have a decent sedan (not to be abused)
