Need advice on purchasing a bike

Hi everyone. I recently graduated from university and am working a job now. I have never had any interest in cars or bikes so don't know much about them. But now I'm considering purchasing a bike and would like your advice on it. My questions are as follows:

1. Would it be advisable to buy a new bike or a used one?
2. Can I buy on installments? If so, who are some good trusted dealers in Lahore for this?
3. If I can buy on installments, my budget is 7-8k per month for how many ever months. Which bikes would you recommend in this range and why?

For a beginner usually a 70cc preferably from honda is recommended. If u want a bit comfortable ride honda pridor can be an option. If you have a budget the. Suzukis and yamahas would be the options.
