Need advice on tyres

185/60/R15 is just a little bigger than stock size (0.4inch bigger diameter) so either stick to this size or go for 185/70R13. This will be just a bit smaller than stock size. Don't go for 175/70 as it will be much smaller than stock size (almost an inch)

It is true that you current size has smaller sidewall so lesser cushioning effect but i don't think it will ruin your suspension.

If I wish to install new alloy rims on my current tyre size what should I keep in my mind? Please guide as I am also planning to install new alloy rims with tyres as my old ones are damaged

low profile tyres have a bit of impact but in this case it is not that much so if you want a rather softer ride then go with stock size or 185/70/R13 otherwise you can stick with current size as well.

Low profile tyres can also pose height issue ? I mean ground clearance will be lowered further?

Everyone here will have their opinion so its up to you to decide if you want to go for 13" or 15". As i said, lower profile will have a comparatively harder ride and might affect slightly suspension in longer run, but again the difference in sidewall between two sizes is 0.8inch so its not that bad.

I personally would prefer staying close to stock size.

Please use online tyre size comparators to see the difference in height. The heigh of four sizes you mentioned are as folllow:
Stock vs current: Tiny bit higher than stock
Stock vs 185/70R13: Tiny bit smaller than stock height
Stock vs 175/70R13: Much smaller than stock, dont go for it. It will effect your suspension and performance badly as well.

Considering the scenario that I am opting to stick with the same tyre size, here is the list of options that I have finalised after research

1:- Yokohama Blue Earth 185/65/R15 @ 12500/- per tyre

2:- continental Comfort Contract 185/65/R15 @ 12500/-

3: Yokohama Advan Db 185/65/R15 @ 13500/-

Which of these in your opinion I should ppt for?

In all honesty, your best bet is 175/65/r15 if you wish to keep the same wheel size R15, which is one size smaller than 185/65/r15 but the ride height will not be compromised and it will definitely perform better. Just my recommendation. You can get eurostar or mirage in this size, cheap reliable and will last you 3 years or more. Don’t spend that much money on a 15 year old car, use extra money to get the car tune up or interior/exterior upgrades.

I always use Michelin and personally not in favour of too soft tyres such as yokos and continental.

175/65/15 is stock honda city 2009-2021 tyre size, very common. Eurostar or Mirage in this size are easily available at tyrepoint.pk and Metro

Yes, that may be possible. Wider tyres may cause unnecessary strain on steering mechanism. It's best to stick to stock size or maybe go over just a little.

Dear Michelin is very expensive and unless yearly usage is more than 25-30k km it is a waste of money as they have a shorter lifespan, They start to crack(dry rot) just ahead of 3 years as i have used them in my own ride for 4+ years only putting 90,000km on them and still lot of tread remaining but cracks start to appear and becomes unsafe for highway use.
