I recently became owner of a brand new Honda City Aspire Prosmatic. I learned that starting this year they discontinued the 1.3L version of Aspire, and thus new Aspires don't have a 1.3 or 1.5L emblem on the back.
I booked in early December, 2017, was given a TDD of 31 May, 2018, but managed to get the car two days before Eid. I opted for utility kit, which hasn't arrived till date. No signs of it. They put in some complimentary floor mats at the dealership, but they were pathetic and extremely slippery so I threw them out.
The engine is really powerful, and I love how it accelerates. Coming off a 1L Vitz and an accidental 2015 Corolla GLI, both of which were underpowered cars, I love the rush of power from the engine. It's truly a subcompact sedan, and takes less space than my Corolla did, without really compromising on inside and trunk space.
However, coming from Vitz and Corolla, I do find the ride, due to the suspension, somewhat stiff and rough. The steering also feels a little harder than that of both Vitz and Corolla.
My only pet peeve really at this point is the milage. I've only driven 700km so far. The mileage so far in the city has been around 8-9km/l, which I'm not happy with. Also, in the first two gears, the car feels less smooth and jerky, but that will be fixed in the first service after tuning and putting the right engine oil.
