Need advise for Gilgit, Skardu side + Naran

Dear Members Kindly advise me about the weather condition in Gilgit, Skardu in the mid of October. Bcoz I m going with family and have a son 3.5 yrs old& also advise me how to plan the route to fully utilize my tirp because I have very less idea regarding the region of Gilgit, Skardu side.
2 plans are in consideration
1st > Visit to Gilgit , Skardu with some places of Naran
2nd> Visit to Kashmir with some places of Naran..........

Just visit Gilgit, astore, naran hunza and khunjerab pass from 29th July till 05th August, Now a days heavy raining and landsliding at lots of places, so get an update from there if anyone in contact, as upon our return babusar top was closed for 3 to 4 days as of landslide at different places, and balakot was also closed. so get an update from some locals please then proceed as you have family with you.

Yes, due to landsliding we short our trip as babusar top was closed and we changed our route via KKH till abbotabad, otherwise our plan was to stay at Naran on our return for 2 days.

We are planning to go for Ansoo Lake trekking from Lahore on 12th - 14th of August.
Is it a feasible time, Please advise?

Brother Sorry! as no idea about ansoo lake, as when i visited Naran, we moved uptil Saif-ul-Malook, as i always move with my family, but listened from the fellows over there, that is 1.5 hr track full of ice all the season, and if you are with your friends then it will be manageable if you have some passion of hiking.

for ansoo lake you can go by walking or take horse ride(have to negotiate extensively )
u will start from jheel saif al malook your jouney and approx. take time upto 4 to 5 hours
route is long and most important there is shortage of oxygen over there
