Need advise regarding which car to buy

Hi all, I hope I am posting this in the right forum.

I have a decision to make and would be thankful if you guys can help.

I plan to buy a car betwee 35-40 (Myabe 45) lacs. The car will mainly be used for city travel and ocassionaly (once or twice a month) for out of city travel (Mostly motorway - 400-700 km).

I have nto own any car so far, thus a bit confused as different reviews say different thigns about the same car.

The options I have in mid are:
1. Used Civic (lat 2016, 2017, 2018) 1.5 or 1.8 oriel
2. New Changan Alsvin 1.5 comfort or Lumiere
3. MG ZS (Used or maybe New)

One of my main concerns is safety: Seen some civic reviews saying civic build quality is bad (Shappar) and Alsvin's build quality is better. MG parts are very expensive and has bad customer service (That's what I have heard) also the fule average is only 8-9 km in the city. (Please correct me if I am wrong)
Another concern is fuel avg: I am good with anything between 11-3 KM within the city.
Resale is also a concern but I intend to keep the car for long term (5-7 years). I Heard Alsvin is bad in terms of resale.

I am confused, please guide me with your experience, what should I go for? Please suggest if you think another option could be good. Like Yaris or Saga.

Alsvin is a good car , have seen plenty on road but i have heard that spares are expensive and not easily available
MG is also in the same category
Civic is fine as it has Good Resale and parts are readily available , quality is also fine as you would be mostly using the car within city
Brand New Yaris or Altis 1.8 used is another good option with good resale value and build quality
Also the parts are readily available

What are your thoughts about Swift Glx CVT 2022 ? I beleive it is also a good option. Avg is 15-16, interiror is good, features that are in civic are also in swift, like cruise, 6 airbags, etc are there

Go for a KIA, Corolla, City 1.5, or Yaris 1.5 in that budget. All these cars have a better build quality with easier parts availability as compared to the cars that you have shortlisted.

I strongly suggest you stay away from Suzuki cars, as the company makes low-quality junk cars. Also, the latest Civic by Honda Atlas has a lot of quality issues leading to costly repairs.
