I am from Punjab and own a cultus 2009 from the last 2 years. Now planning to change to 1300cc car and my budget is low (11 lac)
I am thinking to get a sindh register old City idsi or FAW V2.
What are your suggestions?

Never ever go for a Faw . Never !!!You won't find its parts and mechanics and end up doing desi jugars which will make it a Kabarr .City , Corolla 5 to 6 model shape , Civic Eagle eye are recommended.
Keep in mind civic maintenance is quite expensive. City mileage is excellent. I will only recommend city due to excellent fuel average and less maintenance issues.
Toyota corolla 1996-2001 will also fall within your range.

Your location is in Karachi and this one is in Rawalpindi. Advantage of cars from Punjab is that they are pretty rust free. With your budget you will be looking at older cars and Karachi is not the best place to find 20 year old cars.
Well in general you might be right but one can find a clean car also in Karachi and that also in less money and of a newer model because of a more bigger market . Cars in twin cities are over-priced due to a smaller market . Rust is issue in cars of Karachi but not all old cars are rusty .
True. But we cannot ignore the fact that nowadays even used cars are 1-2 lacs more compared to a year ago. Used car prices have gone up world over. Keeping his 11 lac budget and 1300cc constraints in mind, he will be looking at old Liana, Corolla, somewhat sad Baleno, Lancer and so on. Chances of finding a rust free 20 year old Karachi car will be like looking for a hen with teeth.

yes. I heard fuel consumption of civic is bad. so city may be the only choice if i find some.

I previously own a cultus 2009 efi from 2020 and it requires frequent maintenance. I don't know about the other used cars but cultus made me frustrated
You can get above 12 in local for a 1300cc corolla and 19 on long with 2 RPM

I have driven the 8th gen Civic for ten years and it is a pretty strong car with good fuel economy.
