Need Cheapeast but good option for run two fans and 4 energy saver

Dear friends,
I am out of budget to buy a UPS.
first i thought to buy a rechargeable fan and two or three emergency rechargeable lights.
but few friends told that rechargeable fans not work long.
I checked UPS with batteries cost but they are around 30k,which currently i can not afford.
I want something within 10 k to run only one fan and 2 savers at least.
One friend suggest to just buy a charger and small battery only(cost within 6 thousand.
But do not know much about the work and safety of it.
I am new in city of lights(karachi
and i just shifted here from a place where were no electric shutdown.
Kindly help and guide me in this regard that what should i go for and from where in karachi

go for small 600 watt generator will cost you around 8000-10000

Small secondhand ups and used batter I guess... maybe around 15k

I first planned for rechargeable fan but few friends told that they not work well and give a very short life.

bro first of all these generator are portable just 6-7 kgs in weight and designed like a briefcase so u can put it anywhere

secondly they have very less noise as engine is very small

third you will not need any gas as they just consume 1 litre petrol in 2.5-3 hours depending on load

4th ups consumes much energy in charging batteries resulting in increase of utility bills

If I remember correctly, I bought a local 500w UPS for 4500/- and a battery for 8500/-. However, you can get a smaller battery. These UPS donot have a long life. I bought an imported Aurora UPS then for 18k. Donot go for rechargeable fans. I bought 5 of them for my house. Each costed 4600. 2 of them stopped working after 8 months. One of them works but does not change it's height. The other two are in a fixed position and are rarely used. Back up time is horrible.

according to your quotation total cost turns out to be 17k + installation charges second thing is that does it store enough backup to accomodate power failures during night??
