Need directions to Union Council Office in DHA Lahore

I need to get a birth certificate made. The hospital of birth is National Hospital, DHA. Can someone guide me to the Union Council office that has jurisdiction of that area? Some helpful tips about the process of acquiring a birth certificate are also appreciated.

as per my info.cantonment board office near cmh hospital deals with all the hospitals in cantt area.they will issue birth certificate from the same office.to reconfirm ask from hospital staff.i am sure they know it.for adil hospital cantonment board is the issuing authority.for national hospital it must be same.if you need services of a person who collect hospital birth certificate from door step and delivers nadra CRC by doing all required documentation himself.let me know i will pass on the number.once used his services and charges are under 1k

It probably is LCB but I will call the hospital to confirm. I downloaded the birth registration form from the LCB website. From what I know its not a lengthy process and it only costs Rs.65, so I guess I will do it myself. Thanks for the help.

If you're driving on Sarwar road towards CMH and you reach the traffic signal right before CMH. LCB is right on the corner of that signal.
