Need expert opinion about Pajero intercooler

I got add in pakwheels from Peshawar, there is Pajero intercooler 5 door 1993 model.
As I need SUV I am interested in that Pajero but before to confirm deal I need expert opinion about that vechile
It's engine has been changed to 3.5 liter Prado Engine and he told me that it gives 10 km per litter in city and 12 to 13 in highway ?
Car condition is good inner outter in original colour .and what should be the maximum price I give him 7 lac offer and he is giving at 11 lac final

Well, pajero and prado are both capable of off roading. Though Pajero is a more hardcore. But Pajero parts are expensive and difficult to find at times.

If the pajero is swapped with a 3.5 petrol engine than its just a lie that it gives 10 and 12km. Dont go for it with eyes closed.

Keep your options open. You can buy 90's surf as well.

7 is too low a price, has the swap been done properly? if the vehicle is problem free and the swap is done properly, only then think about it, otherwise Mitsubishi(s) don't like being fiddled with.

Agree with dayrider comment. Don't buy engine swapped Pajero. Pajeros really dont like being fiddled with unoriginal engine parts. You will spend weeks and months trouble shooting small small issues. Its really difficult to explain in in this forum but as long as you keep a Pajero in its original condition, preferably with genuine parts, it performs best.;

A swapped 3.5 can never deliver more than 5-6 km/litre whatever you do .
